Specifically I'm interested in adding SOJ RAM to some proprietary SGI
SIMMS, and possibly SOJ RAM to a SPARCBook2 CPU board. The chip
spacing is such that a soldering iron is not a viable alternative.
It might be a good idea to figure out if the work will require a hot air
type system, or a really good station with SMT sized tips.
