On a side note, I was expecting a much bigger truck

Around these parts a truck driving license is only required for the
biggest on the road vehicles, like an 18 wheeler. This is a picture of my
sunny day truck:
In the Netherlands, the regular "B" driving license suffices for
vehicles with a maximum permissible weight of 3.5 metric tonnes (~
7,700 pounds). The max. weight for this van is 4.6 metric tonnes
(~10,100 pounds), which means it requires a truck ("C") driving
license. I believe we kind of loaded it to (if not over) the max (had
about 4 inches of clearance between the road and the bottom of the
bars under the van).
Nice!
