I've only ever run into Displaywriter document disks--nothing fantastic,
the machine depends on the smarts in the printer extensively for
document formatting.
There was CP/M-86 offered for the DW, but I've never run into a copy.
Does it use EBCDIC internally, or does it convert from ASCII to EBCDIC
for I/O?
There was also a version of VEDIT for DW, but I don't know much about it.
RICM does have a DW with what looks like software for it.
