I like the category:

I wonder how the 'Really Weird' subcategory differs from its siblings,
'Slightly Unusual' and 'Totally Bizarre'.
The item does remind me of what was left of the emergency light that
unexpectedly exploded in my office when I worked for Saxon Publishers.
