I don't believe it. If that were the case, the contractors around
here would be gobbling them up like hotcakes and nobody would own a
corded saw or drill.
Got any figures for how much 4x fir a modern cordless circular saw
will rip (not crosscut) on a charge?
I'm prepared to be proved wrong, but if a 7" cordless saw can cut a
shift's worth of framing lumber on a single charge, I'll seriously
consider buying one.
