What is your preferred Arm processor and FPGA interface method these days?
Really depends on what performance is needed. For low end I would be tempted
to use a LPC4330 now (~$6) and a Spartan6 (TQFP-144) if thats enough free pins
(say 60) or 1mm BGA FPGA otherwise. This is ~$17 together for both leaded
parts and say $20 for BGA FPGA with maybe 120 free pins (SP6 LX9 FPGA)
