I don't know what the alloy in Chip Quik is.
I have a snippet of it - AFAIK, it's a Tin-Indium alloy with a melting
point around 300-350F - details are in the literature.
The Indium makes it somewhat expensive, but it's fun stuff. I have no
direct experience with Wood's Metal, but I've thought about working
with Field's Metal (another Indium alloy) for some low-temp extrusion
experiments (RepRap).
