Mine only has one, and yes it's composite output. The colors are different
than the 16 textmode colors, however; they're more similar to (but not exactly
like) Apple II double-hires mode colors.
Two? The only IBM PC video card I've seen with two RCA outputs are some clone
EGA cards. I own one; haven't tested it, but based on memory it seemed at the
time I last held it that both RCA jacks are composite output and can be used to
drive two monitors at the same time.
