Two? The only IBM PC video card I've seen with two RCA outputs are some clone
EGA cards. I own one; haven't tested it, but based on memory it seemed at the
time I last held it that both RCA jacks are composite output and can be used to
drive two monitors at the same time.

This is an original IBM CGA, not a clone.
Speaking of such, what are the RCA jacks (two of them) on those cards for?
Is one of those supposed to be a composite output?
