What's RT-11's device name for TMSCP tapes?
MU0: through MU3:, assuming that they are SYSGENed into existence,
you're running a version of RT-11 modern enough to support TMSCP (5.4
or later), and the CSR's and VECTOR's for the MU devices are set up
to match your hardware.
