It (should) work with MDA, but remember the output is digital, so you have to configure
the input on the device...

It looks like it's been superceded by another unit, which I have no experience with.
Even better if it works with some of my other old
junk (CGA/MDA PC's).
The SCART connector accepts RGB or composite signals. So, CGA yes, MDA probably not.
