More than that you missed the biggest point,
PostScript is useless in this
case since the documents are stored as graphical images and cannot be used
on the classic computers.
Wrong! Just about any classic computer can copy a postscript file to an
RS232 port which can be connected, say, to an Apple Laserwriter. I've yet
to see a classic printer that can handle pdf files directly!
