those and forgetting the tape drives. I'm not sure
but I don't think the
HP-86s uses NTSC video. They do work with the HP 82912 and 82913 monitors.
If they don't, it's something pretty darn close. To the extent that my
little 'bench' NEC mono monitor (which will lock to RS-170 or UK TV video
if you twaek the hold controls) will work with them (and for that matter
with the 9915). and that the HP monitor that came with one of my HP86Bs
(this is clearly also an NEC chassis inside) will work with the output
from a PC CGA card.
