This is probably also the case at the "state surplus" in Harrisburg (PA).
They used to sell more or less complete systems, but a while back some idiot
of a reporter got a hold of some and bleated all over about how he found a
bunch of personal information on one of the drives, including data on people
and their social security numbers etc. So now they sell no hard drives at
all. :-(
