Of course, the board doesn't end up in such good shape...
...and your respiratory system might end up in the same shape unless
you do this sort of thing outdoors and upwind or with forced air
ventilation in your work area. Those resins that boil out of the PCB
are pretty nasty. I can't comment on the lead content of the vapors
either.
Just be careful.
