Need, no, but I do find 2G plenty big enough to be useful; if you're
planning on tossing 'em, let's see if we can't work out a rescue
mission for at least some of them.
I don't, as a general rule, toss stuff like that as long as it still works.
And sometimes not even when it doesn't, if I can get some useful bits out of
it.
I mentioned it in here because it came up in conversation with somebody in the
list a while back and they said something about the 1-2G range of sizes being
particularly useful for some things, though I can't recall at the moment
just what those things were offhand.
