I agree to some extent with Rick. Nevertheless I think no matter what came to past or didn't the masses have come to accept, sometimes reluctantly, the technocracy we live in today. Even those in the developing world are being engaged in the communications and technical revolution. A. C. Clarke showed us that we need not fear the unknown.
