Maybe in your neck of the woods. Where I live a ZIP code can represent an
entire town of 60,000+ people (like mine for instance).
Also depends on HOW MUCH of the Zip code you give here in the US. If you
give the simple 12345 format zipcode, then it applies to a large area
normally, however if you give a 12345-6789 format zipcode it can be
narrowed down to as little as a single person.
