Buying desktop hardware and installing a server OS doesn't make a

FYI: At about 1:30pm EST I received a
notice from RS/Newark that they were accepting orders for
the RPi in the US.? Within 1/2 hour their server was
down.? And, no, I didn't make it.? Got as far as
setting up the shopping basket and went bye, bye.
Methinks they may have received a lot of responses.
And if you simply visit their site, and search "raspberry pi" in the search
box, it helpfully takes you to a page telling you that they'll be "Opening to
order SOON!". And it lists the specs of the device, and the various bundles.
Nowhere does it bother to list how much any of it costs, however.
