I've only ever met one "CNE" that took
it as seriously as the acronym
indicated it should be. He's a damn sharp guy too. I suspect he was more
the exception than the rule though. :)
Most likely he was already a clueful guy and got the CNE `qualification;
to stasify the requirements of some HR department.
