I've bought from this seller and it was the opposite. I actually went on a
week long work trip after forgetting to pay her for a few days before. She

CONTACT Ebays fraud department, and forward them
copies of the message that
she stated that she received your payment.
More than that, do what the previous buyer did. Initiate a mail-fraud
complaint. That's a federal offense. I'd even go the whole way with
it. She probably wouldn't be able to do it again if she were sitting in
the federal pokey.
