Yup! I just checked the specs on my Mitsubishi and it is specced at 3ms
also. It would have to make it quieter!

Excellent point, as I have been using a Mitsubishi that I set at 6ms.
Ah!
Shugart and Seimens drives, requiring 15ms.
More usual is 10ms.
