One thing worth considering is that the day is rapidly approaching when it will
cost $100 a pound to dispose of your old and obsolete hardware, and $1000 a day
for each day on which you don't do it. It would be well to have indoor storage
for your computer hardware. At least then YOU get to choose what goes and when.

AFAIAC According to general US law *they* would have to *prove* that you
*are* running a business. You do't have to prove you are not. By the way, as
mentioned before I would have them both prosecuted for tresspassing and
invasion of privacy.
