Interesting. None of the LCD TVs that we have in our
house will sync to any
scan rates less than the 31kHz standard VGA.
Sometimes you gotta use a LM1881 (sync separator) on the CSYNC signal, or - gasp - do
not connect the Vsync signal to the monitor whatsoever!
This is very common in the samsung monitors.
