BSD 4.1, 1981. On a VAX 780 of course.
1984, 4.1 BSD on a VAX 11/750 w/2MB RAM (that I later upgraded to 8MB
and that I got to keep when the company folded 10 years later).
First UNIX I installed myself was Ultrix 1.1 on a VAX 11/730 w/5MB of
RAM and 121MB RB80. That one was k-panda on the UUCP lists.
