I recommend changing the other one at the same time as
it won't be long
before that one goes too.
Agreed. Much as I dislike shotgun debugging/repair, when one capacitor in
a mains filter fails I normally change the lot (including the class Y
ones from the mains wires ot safety ground (earth)). That might be
overkill though.
