Maybe the story's on the web somewhere, but I seem to recall a used-
car salesman about a dozen years ago purchasing most of a nuclear
fuel reprocessing plant. Even more interesting was that he obtained
blueprints and other documentation for it under FOIA.
I don't know whatever became of the loot.
