Um, Scott, Micromint (the copyright holder) currently sells copies of
the documents for $25. That should probably tell you what their
answer is going to be if you ask for permission to scan it and
distribute it for free. This should also inform you as to the
propriety of scanning it and"making it available".
Well, I maintain that the fact that they have a stale listing in their
back catalog doesn't mean they see commercial potential in selling it
forever.
I'm a little offended that you think I'd weasel out a loose rationale to
scan and upload it. Did you even read the last sentence I typed above?
