Will your design cope with the weird disc machinations of the Sirius 1
discs? (aka Victor 9000 I believe, in the States) They were variable
speed, and I think variable numbers of sectors per track,. The
techref is on bitsavers anyway; pp85+
I've not actually got one, but I have some discs for one somewhere..
