Get the SLIC cd (or tape), and do a D-mode manual IPL.
Reinstall (DO NOT select the option to install and initialize). This is generally
referred to as "slipping the LIC". You can re-install it without trashing the
OS. That'll get you into DST, where you can reset the password.
What version of the OS does is currently installed?
