Not only that, but IBM LICENSED the use of MCA. One
of the terms for the
license was to make good on any and all past "infringements", (to be
decided by IBM), regardless of whether IBM had ever taken any legal
action.
For all the complaining about how much of a failure the PS/2 line is,
they sure made a lot of them, and IBM made a nice pile of money...
It is kind of like including AOL as one of the top 25 worst tech products.
