Rename IMDAM to IMDU (IMageDisk Utility) and add capabilities:
- Handle larger tracks
- Remove specific tracks/sides
- Convert image to raw binary sector dump
- Translate data rates within image
- reGenerate tracks with new interleave factor
- Append, Replace and Extract comment record

Just gotta add a word of thanks and praise for Dave's effort. I used IMD
the other day and it not only works brilliantly but is also brilliantly
designed. The online help system is world-class, with hyperlinked
keywords and everything.
