98.6?! That's it?!
I won't deal with anyone whose feedback is less than 99.5%, except in
rare circumstances (i.e. only one negative comment, more than a few
months ago, or a neg from someone with a very low feedback score or a
lot of negs themselves).
Same goes for anyone who makes their feedback private - IMO that just
says you've got something to hide.
