Shipping I guess would be the same as Europe, getting
anything passed
Latin America border is another story.
Never had a problem. A guy from this list sent me a complete 16500A to
16500C upgrade kit some time ago. I had to pay lots of taxes, but had no
problem reciveing it on my home.
Brazil isn't Italy! The postal service works (sort of) and it is not
usual for mail and packages "vanish" from nothing
