Exactly the mindset that makes them use PDFs. They'd rather have something that looks slick and glitzy and "2008" even at the price of impairing usability (probably because "everybody" prefers PDFs, which actually means that either they're living in a fantasy world or they just don't care about the people who don't). I'm not sure what you mean by this. Perhaps you don't believe me when I say that digging stuff up on the Web is difficult and unpleasant for me, perhaps because it isn't for you? Thank you.
