the third one is a full length card called an
appli-card by pcpi.
CP/M card, one of the nicer ones. It should have 64K of memory and a
4mhz(IIRC) Z80.
There's a guy who runs a web page on Apple II CP/M cards, drop him a
note and he sould be able to provide you with system disks.
