Some factoids I found in a few minutes' searching:
motherboards have 10 ounces of gold per ton
average PC has 1 gram of gold
a gram of gold per kilo for RAM
8088 ceramics have solid 10K gold pins
"Factoid" is right! :-)
The fourth one, about chips having solid gold pins, is *obviously*
false. The others sound plausible.
