Fadden has some good ideas. Looks like I will rework my format to something
reasonable since it looks like there isn't a good existing format.
You may want to look at the SUMP format used by
FPGA logic analyzers though
they don't seem very forward thinking as far as sample rates, sizes or
annotation.
