Yup, I've known Mike since he worked for ACE Electronics, now a shell of its former
self.
I heard the guy running Ace now say to one of the guys working for him when I walked in
that
"he's the guy that never buys anything". Well, if you had ANYTHING on my
parts list, maybe
I'd buy it from you. Anchor is OK for old ICs, and they are very friendly.
After I wrote that first message, I was thinking this is all still way better than when I
was growing up in Wisconsin in the 70's. You'd wait a month for the next issue of
Byte, and
mail order from James Electronics, Meshna, or all the other guys in the back for parts.
