Hi Pontus! Thanks!
I am thinking that you could use your SGI 1600SW displays with a regular PC
or any system using PCI assuming there are drivers.
The connection is between the video card and the OpenLDI monitor. I am not
sure if there are special SGI drivers just for the monitor.
Here is the auction on VCGM:
http://marketplace.vintage-computer.com/auction_details.php?name=number-nine
-revolution-iv-fp-pci-video-card-for-sgi-1600&auction_id=114797
I'd prefer if we could do this through VCGM if possible to help support it.
Maybe with this video board you can test the displays? I hope this helps!
Thanks and have a nice day!
Andrew Lynch

Subject: Re: PCI video card for SGI 1600 SW
Hi
Unless someone else claims it, I can give it a home. I have two 1600 SW,
but
no SGI computer to drive it.
Well, I have several SGI machines, but none with the required hardware.
