I assumed it was because the refrigerant displaced all the air in his
lungs. He passed out *very* quickly - like a few paces from the door.
There's no way that something is going to display all the O2 in your
lungs that quickly, and even if it did, you wouldn't pass out that
quickly. It would take at least 30 seconds. So there must have been
some other effect or reaction involved.
