So this means that, for instance, the software for
Apple ][, Commodore
64, Atari 800, and TRS-80 (to name but a few platforms) will not be
public domain until something like 2075, when computers as we know them
today will not even exist.
Not even then, because by then Congress will have increased the
copyright term by at least another 73 years.
