The Amiga 2000 had its keyboard and mouse/joystick ports on the front of
the cabinet, underneath the disk drives.
Not only that, but most home video game consoles have their game
controller ports on the front (the Atari VCS did not). I don't know
whether this counts as an answer to Sellam's question, though.
