Mylex's website states that they are an IBM business unit.
I've verified that the drives, cable chain, and
termination works perfectly
with Adaptec and SIIG controllers. I'm thinking that the problem lies
strictly in the plug-n-play setup. Is there a way to "force" these
assignments on this card? The Win95 clearly complains of conflicts in nearly
every resource. I'm looking at trying to force it in a different motherboard,
since the BIOS features of this HP system are somewhat restrictive and not
totally transparent.
see below, plz.

Has Mylex discontinued this board? A couple years
ago they discontinued
nearly all of their SCSI products.
ISTR that IBM bought MYLEX about 4 years or so back. This particular series
of controllers has been discontinued, but this is the series with which I've
had prior contact, albeit not with Windows. I looked at their website
yesterday, and found no mention of IBM, but then, I wasn't looking for that.
It's possible, however, that they've disposed of the MYLEX resource.
