Hi. Can anybody provide me with some info on the
IBM PGA/PGC adapters for
the IBM PC/XT systems?
I heard that it is one of the first video adapters with on-board transform
capabilities, and that it is very ahead of its time. Can anyone please
elaborate?
BTW, the architect for PGA is named Curtis Priem; he later went on to do
some 2D and 3D chip architecture for Sun, then went on to co-found (not
confound) NVidia, and is CTO there.
I guess the third time's the charm.
