Arrange the displays in a grid, like 8x8 or something, and display a moving

The 'refresh' algorithm should be nice to program, since I guess you don't
want to have more than one segment ON at a given time...
You know I hadn't even considered games (except maybe a really retro
space invaders!)
Connect Four springs to mind as well, with a row of buttons at the top
for the 'drop' functionality.
I wonder if pacman is a possibility?
