I have been using Panix for about 6 years.
They offer me: PPP, shell access, Telnet,
all other popular protocols, personal websites
with CGI. I don't use Unix Mail, but it's there.
I have experienced essentially *No* downtime in
6 years.
They are one of the old-timers that have as rich
a history as, say, 'The WELL' does. </rave>
The problems that the MS Outlook Express client
introduces to some of my eMails I would not attempt
in the least to tie to Panix.
