At power on the led on the corner blinks red and then
goes over to a
steady green.
So it sounds like the PSU is starting up.
The disk and the fan doesn't starts.
DO you hae a voltmeter (if not, I suspect you're not going to get very
far...). If so, check the voltage between the fan terminals, I am going
to stick my neck out and guess this is a 12V DC fan (what does it say on
the label?).
I am goign to guess that the drives have normal 4 pin power conenctors.
The middle 2 pins are both grounds. What do you measure on the outside 2
pins (separately!) with respect to these grounds?
