Oh yes, that deserves negative feedback:
- they put it on ebay
- you've won the auction
- instead of fulfilling their side of the contract and shipping it
to you, they threw it away (probably because they were too lazy to
pack it after collecting just 99 pence for it)
- sounds like breach of contract to me --> negative feedback
