These systems actually prefer to be refered to as "classics"...
I'll happily admit to owning a 7011-250 with 4.3.3 that still happily chugs along. For
something that came out of IBM they weren't half bad machines. It could run UNIX, you
could have breakfast while it was booting up, and it could survive at least an 8'
drop. It was also good at a thing they called SNA (if you leaned that way). Very endearing
qualities! 8-)
