There's not any way to reconstruct the original TIFF file exactly, because
there are too many possible variations. But it is possible to reconstruct
a TIFF file that contains the identical image data. In other words,
decompressing the original TIFF vs. the reconstructed TIFF would result
in the same bitmap.
